The One-Act Playhouse Jr. program is under the direction of Broadway, Film and Television veteran Michael Blevins, who acts as Principal Instructor for the One-Act Playhouse Jr. program.

The program is Administered by GTT Director of Education, Juli Greenberg and housed under the direction of GTT Executive Producer, Justin Boccitto.
