JULI GREENBERG is currently the Director of Educatiion for GTT's in-school programming and also serves as Assistant Director for the Parenting Center at the 92nd Street Y. She is also a Founding Member and Director of Education for The Group Theatre Too, a Manhattan based professional theatre collective. Having received a B.F.A in Dance from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, she performed with Risa Jaroslow & Dancers throughout the United States and Eastern Europe. She has worked with some of this era's greatest choreographers including Susan Marshall and Murray Louis and studied extensively throughout her career at the Paul Taylor School. Her recent credits include the "Butterfly" in Six Who Pass While The Lentils Boil featured in GTT's One-Act Playhouse Series at the 14th Street Theater and The 78th Street Theater Lab. Other prominent roles include 'Jean' in the original New York production of Peter Dee's Voices From the High School, 'Sonia' in Godspell, 'Gladys' in The Pajama Game and numerous featured dance roles at The Manhattan Theater Workshop, and the French Woods Festival of the Performing Arts. She choreographs for Wingspan Arts' summer musical theater conservatory in NYC and has reconstructed Jerome Robbins' choreography for a production of Fiddler on the Roof for Muhlenberg Summer Music Theater in Allentown, PA. Juli was a founding member of and choreographer for the Shining Star Musical Theater at P.S 87 in Manhattan and later founded the Shooting Star Musical Theatre Company with Director Sydnie Ronga on the Upper West Side. She has also toured Tri-State area high schools appearing in Group Theatre Too's Social Awareness 'repsect-your-body' play, "Aftermath".
